Eine frische Hängerladung Eibe! Selten genug bekommt man die Gelegenheit auf soetwas, da darf man dann auch nicht wählerisch sein! Auch wenn hier unbrauchbare, da schlicht zu astreiche Partien dabei sind, zum Spleißen findet sich immer etwas – und ein paar reine Selfbogen erwarte ich trotzdem in diesem Stoß zu finden ...! In Germany you can't be picky as far as Yew's go – even the tree is protected! Seldom will you get a chance at all to obtain some wood, legaly. In this case the city council near by decided to get rid of a building, because they have to much money to feed into an architect and his visions of an absolutely needed and all the way better, modern project ... some multi stemmed Yews stood in the way, so they had to go! Don't try this at home, or you'll get to pay fines or worse ...!
